Clifton Art Scene

The Streets are Alive with Working Artists every 3rd Saturday.....
Mike Windsor and Bobbe Gentry discuss the interesting aspects of sculpting outside on a hot fall day. Clifton now hosts 5 art glleries, four downtown with working artists, sculptors and painters. The charm of this small town is enjoyed by locals and visitors alike as they discover tasty treats at the White Horse Station, wonderful antiques in Historic old buildings , lovely gifts and beautiful arrangements at the Blossom Shoppe
It's easy to feel special and enjoy the warm Texas
hospitality of the Clifton community. It' s a Great Life When You Live it in Clifton

The downtown area looks great. Buildings are being remodeled, but the historical charm is being maintained. Lots of things happening Saturday. When is the last time you have talked to a sculptor as they were working? I did here and they were happy to share a conversation with me. An experience anyone would enjoy!

The blogspot gives a good idea of the happenings on Main Street, but it doesn't indicate how much fun it is to be a part of Clifton's reawakening!

We had a great time downtown, and it's incredibly exciting to see the Arts alive and well and growing in Clifton. We look forward to our trip to Clifton every year. The possibilities seem endless!!
